The pressure of trying to be all things to all people lessens when I am focused only on HIM being everything I need! My identity becomes the overflow of that singular focus. The honest part is…its a journey.
Circumstances will come and go in our lives. But if we focus on growing our own soul, we will be more effective (thanks to God) in any circumstance.
One telling study showed that lack of social connection is a greater detriment to health than obesity, smoking and high blood pressure. On the the flip side, strong social connection leads to a 50% increased chance of longevity.
